ViewSonic ViewPad 7 and 10 Released Officially

Currently, Apple may elated with the iPad. But soon "tablet PC OS-based Android" will be the biggest threat. Rows of producers ready to 'besiege' iPad has confirmed that the tablet PC will release Android in the near future.

One of them is ViewPad, Android tablets from ViewSonic. ViewSonic has just officially released the two tablets of products ViewPad ViewPad 7 and 10. ViewPad 7 will use Snapdragon processor, Android 2.2, double camera, 512MB of RAM, and 3G. While ViewPad 10 has two versions, one using Atom 1.66GHz Atom processor, 16GB SSD memory, 1GB of RAM and Windows 7 Home Premium, while the other uses the Android OS.

This device supports instant messaging, text and picture messages, VoIP and standard voice calls, according to the company. The device also is equipped with 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Additional features include GPS, a document reader, an interface that allows text entry by hand, e-book reader and, most importantly, a USB port which is not owned by the Apple device.

Both products are sold each with a price of $ 479 and $ 629. ViewPad 10 was available online at Sears and can be ordered but not yet known when it can be submitted.
