Haha see! It's food again! This is specially for Korean food lovers like me, but this is no ordinary Korean food!!
Last two week I didn't get to make it to baby Krystle's birthday dinner cause I'm in Penang, so I decided to ask them out again for a belated birthday meetup. Where to eat? We wanna have Korean food but this time we wanna try something new and weird instead of the normal like Dorae (my fav too!). So, Uncle Jang it is! We went to the one located in Bandar Puteri Puchong(located on the upstairs) as it's nearest to us. It's a hard time to get there the first time I went cause I didn't know it's upstairs -.- . But this time we're able to locate it quite fast! The other two branch are at Jalan Ampang and Mont Kiara.

This is my second time trying out 'Uncle Jang'. Still love it very much! Everyone will have a big big pan and the waiter will help to cook on the spot unless you want to do it yourself! Oh, we had aprons on so we don't dirty ourselves!
Dak Galbi
Basically this is what everyone should order in Uncle Jang. It's called Dak Galbi, which is a very popular dish in the cold weather - South Korea! They have other side orders too, but didn't try them out yet. The rule there is no matter how many people is eating, the minimum order should be two Dak Galbi (RM 19 x 2).
They have two type of Dak Galbi, one is normal spicy, and the other is super hot spicy !!!!!! Trust me, unless you're really a champion in spiciness, if not then order the normal spicy cause it's already spicy for us. Haha!
So there will be cabbage,onions,rice cake,sweet potatoes, and the main ingredient would be the marinated chicken with super awesome sauce paste. Fry all of them together in the hot plate! I can already imagine smelling the delicious aroma while typing this post!
Then you can choose to add noodle or ramen ! You can also add those rice cakes, sweet potatoes and cheese, but we only chose to add the noodles first! It's quite oily so better don't add cheese! (Add ons at Rm 6)

Nom nom time ! We keep taking pictures when the waiter is cooking and sometimes he has to pause his cooking cause we wanna take clear focused pics - I bet he think we're all so bimbo, eat also wanna take picture. Hahaha!
When I went there the first time I only add noodles, so this time wanna try to add their fried rice! I thought it's only white rice, but there'e seaweed inside too ! Surprisingly it taste damn good!
I think this place is great for a catch up plus the food there are quite reasonable for a Korean authentic. The only thing is, we all smell like barbecued. -.- Went to somewhere else for some desserts after that !
Wrap ! We're super super busy girls, some more in different college/ uni, different time of holiday. Glad we're still able to meet up !
